A book tag

I love reading and I had almost given it up but for last year when I put the sabattical to good use..here is a tag that I picked up from Mridula and I thought I will give it a shot as its about books. I am supposed to bold the ones I have read , underline those that I have read in school and italice the ones I have started and not finished..A lot will be in the latter...The underline key seems to be not working -so will mark the ones I have read in school in bold as well.
