Lessons in solitude

I woke up today to realize one universal truth .That you are always alone ...in your happiest and your most miserable moods, in your strongest and weakest moments, in your thoughts, in your worries, in your actions , in your decisions , in your dreams , in your desires, in your sleep, in birth, in death, in life ...and i think im beginning to understand that

The funny thing about most universal truths is that they are already well known in theory; terribly scary when one 'learns'the meaning of such truth, realizes its implication in one's own life.
Damn scary...

hats off of the brave you !!
Universal truths sound better when unspoken , avoided and ran away from them. but yes they exist like those haunting ghosts in our lives !!

nothing is certain except for uncertainity. nothing is constant except for change. through it all, we find that only the entity of 'I' remains perceivable. hence, for better or worse, we stick with it!

completely agree, and the sooner we understand, the better for all of us.

Sunshine - Im not that brave , but once you accept it..you know the fear slowly recedes..

Thinker-girl - The entity called "I" is more of an ego state ..here Im referring to the self ...I think there is a thin line of difference here

Dharmabum - Understanding leads to acceptance and that helps all of us
